Hi, I’m Thomas.
I’m an SEO and AEO entrepreneur based in New Delhi, India, and I’ve been working with SEO since 2019.
What started as a skill I wanted to learn slowly became something I genuinely enjoy.
I like figuring out why one website gets found while another doesn’t. I like finding the opportunities competitors miss. And yes, I probably get a little too excited when a website finally moves up in the rankings.
But for me, SEO has never really been about rankings alone. It’s about what happens after someone finds you.
A new patient books an appointment.
A new customer makes an enquiry.
Someone discovers a business they didn’t know existed.
That’s the part I care about.
How I Got Here
I started my SEO journey in 2019.
I then spent two years working professionally with a company, where I got to work on real websites, real problems, and real search strategies.
That experience taught me something important:
SEO looks simple from the outside. It isn’t.
There are hundreds of things you can change on a website. The difficult part is knowing what actually matters.
Today, I work independently as a freelancer, helping businesses improve their visibility through SEO, Local SEO, and AEO.
I’ve worked across different industries and have helped work on and rank 200+ websites, with strategies focused on turning search visibility into meaningful business opportunities and revenue.
Why Physical Therapy?
This one is actually pretty simple.
I saw an opportunity.
A lot of physical therapy businesses have something valuable to offer, but SEO and AEO often aren’t getting the attention they deserve.
And I kept thinking:
“If the right patients are already searching, why shouldn’t these businesses be the ones they find?”
I like challenges.
I also like working with entrepreneurs who are serious about what they’ve built.
Physical therapy is especially interesting to me because you’re not selling another random product people can buy online.
You’re helping people.
Someone is searching because they have pain, an injury, a mobility problem, or simply want to get back to doing the things they love.
If I can help your clinic become easier for that person to find, that’s meaningful work to me.
Why Me?
I’m not going to tell you I’m the best SEO guy on the internet.
There are plenty of talented people doing great work.
And honestly, I don’t spend much time comparing myself to them.
I’d rather focus on becoming better at what I do.
What I can promise is that I will think about your business, not just your website.
I don’t want to chase rankings that look good in a report but do nothing for your business.
I want to understand:
Who are you trying to reach?
What are they searching for?
What are your competitors doing?
Where are you being missed?
What can we improve?
And how can search visibility turn into real opportunities?
That’s how I approach SEO.
SEO Is Changing. So Am I.
Search isn’t what it was in 2019.
Google has changed.
Local search has changed.
And now people are asking AI tools for recommendations, answers, and businesses to consider.
That’s why I don’t want to be someone who only knows how to optimize a few keywords and call it SEO.
I’m constantly learning SEO, Local SEO, AEO, and AI search because the way people discover businesses is changing.
The goal isn’t simply to rank.
The goal is to be found wherever your future customers are looking.
I’m Building Something Too
There’s another reason I understand entrepreneurs.
I’m one too.
I have big goals for myself. I’m building my own business, figuring things out, making mistakes, learning, improving, and occasionally wondering why I decided entrepreneurship was a good idea.
But I don’t like giving up.
I know what it’s like to have a goal that feels bigger than where you are today.
That’s why I don’t look at my clients as just another project.
You’re building something too.
You have goals, pressure, competition, expenses, people depending on you, and probably about 47 things on your mind already.
You don’t need another person making SEO more complicated.
You need someone who can understand the problem, find the opportunity, explain what matters, and actually do the work.
So, Am I The Right Guy For You?
Maybe.
If you’re looking for someone who will promise you #1 on Google in seven days, I’m probably not your guy.
If you’re looking for someone who understands that SEO is a long-term business investment, enjoys solving difficult problems, keeps learning as search changes, and genuinely wants to see your business grow…
Then I think we might work pretty well together.
I’m still building my journey.
You’re building yours.
Maybe we can help each other move forward.
Let’s get to work.
